Return & Refund Policy

At Zingo Pets, we work hard to ensure every order arrives safely and that your pet loves their new products. Because our items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we have the following return policy.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we cannot accept returns for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect size or product choice

    •    Items that have been used

    •    Orders where the customer entered the wrong shipping address

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

    •    Your order number

    •    A clear photo of the item

    •    A photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Orders Not Received

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.
